In business since 2016, BioSafe Environment is a full-service environmental restoration company specializing in mold remediation, bacterial / viral disinfection, and cleaning in West Michigan. We pride ourselves on ensuring that your spaces, both Residential and Commercial, are safe from harmful pathogens. When dealing with molds, we want to help you understand the reasons for mold growth and implement procedures to ensure elimination for now and the future.

Dan
Waters
Dan is the Owner and runs the daily operations. He is well versed in all things mold related and will always find the best solutions to the problems.
Dan is married with 3 of his own children, plus 2 that married in. He is a proud Papa to his sweet 2-year-old grandson. Dan is dedicated to faith, family, and helping others. He enjoys all things outdoors, and on the water, especially his paddleboard. Golf is a favorite pastime…when there is time, and it’s the one time that he would prefer to stay away from the water.
Dan graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Marketing and has received several certifications in Mold and other health-related fields to further his ability to help others understand the importance of overall health and a healthy environment.
Ryan
MacFadyen
Ryan is the Foreman. He's responsible for supervising the jobsites and performing initial inspections. Onsite, he assigns tasks to other employees and is the point person for client communication.
Ryan is married with 5 children and a granddaughter, whom he absolutely adores. He is native to West Michigan and familiar with surrounding areas.
Ryan is a Veteran of the U.S Army and has spent several years in the military. He brings the same Honor, Respect, and Integrity to every job site.
Lauren
Pothoff
Lauren is the Administrative Project Coordinator. She assists with all administrative and tech-related items, manages social media, and manages financials of projects.
Lauren is a wife and mom. She enjoys being outdoors, doing home renovations, singing, playing board games, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University.
